Cubium Planet Discovery Patch

Adds the space locations on the route from Nauvis to Cubium as prerequisites to Cubium's planet discovery.

By default Cubium is reachable via Vulcanus and Gleba. You only need to research one of the two planet discovery technologies to reach Cubium.

Supports the moved location of Cubium by Asteroid Belt.
