I would recommend offering a few variants for the crafting cost for the Arc Furnace:

• Base, what you have now.
• Same cost + 1 Electric Furnace.
• Vulcanus cost, using Tungsten.

Failing that, you could tie the crafting cost to "Unlocking Science" setting:

• Chemical/Production/Space: Base, what you have now.
• Vulcanus: Replace Steel Plate with Tungsten Plate.
• Aquilo/Promethium: Replace Steel Plate with Lithium Plate

I'd also recommend not making the thing craftable by hand.

Changed recipe.lua to account for the tech setting, updated localisation for the startup setting to reflect the new change and threw in a change log note. Use if you'd like, I just did this for my own use :)
