I mainly wanted to include the excellent Arc Furnace by Hurricane046 as an additional step after the electric furnace, but I ended up making a lot of settings for the furnace, so now you get a highly configurable arc furnace to enjoy.

It is a furnace that can craft the same recipes as the electric furnace, iron, copper, stone, steel, and lithium. Everything else is for you to decide, the standard settings put it around the level of the foundry.

Settings

• Technology level required to unlock the furnace.
• Size of the furnace. The arc furnace can be a replacement for the stone/steel (2x2) or electric (3x3) furnace via fast replace or upgrade planner when the size matches.
• Crafting speed, energy usage, and pollution.
• Base productivity and which modules and beacons work.

Compatibility

• "smelting" category recipes added by mods will be craftable with the arc furnace.
• You can also specify additional crafting categories in the settings.
