What does this mod do? It "Condenses" fluids but what does that mean?
What does condensing fluids have to do with the agricultural tower?
What the hell does this do? Why would you condense fluids?

Is it like you input 200k water and it output 2k condensed water which you can then uncondense to transport more fluid? But why would that need an agricultural tower which also limits it to 2 planets.

It collects/generates fluid every time it harvests a plant

Oh, that makes so much more sense. Does the fluid depend on the plant? Is it compatible with modded plants?
