Adds the ability to harvest fluid from plants using a new agricultural tower, the fluids are stored into a tank inside the tower

Basic condensation

The condensing agricultural tower works with vanilla plants, any of this can be disable through settings.

• Harvesting trees condenses 2000 of water (153.3/second)
• Harvesting yumako trees condenses 810 of steam at 165 °C (62.1/second)
• Harvesting jellystems condenses 420 of lubricant (32.2/second)
