hmm, it's surely possible but I have to admit being a modding noob. I'll ask around and see what I can do.

It'd be probably best to just release a seperate mod with Nuclear Power Rebalance configs

would it be possible to detect it's presence and switch the config used ? would remove the need to fork the mod, though I wouldn't mind either way as long as it works.
