It would be, but I don't think it is trivial, because this mod has some logic on which tiles are upgrades to other tiles, so it's not as simple as having a drop-down (as I found out when fixing the agri tower patch). And to be frank, I am not prepared to completely take over this mod, I still secretly hope the original mod gets improved.
If you have a working patch, though, I'd certainly look into it. Maybe selecting a tile type instead of refined concrete might be relatively simple.
