When removing a compact processor, something stays on the floor in its place - whatever it is isn't visible on its own, and it doesn't seem to collide with anything, but it still reacts to mousing over any power poles supplying the area. At one point it showed up in a blueprint as a "circuit connector" or something, but I've been unable to reproduce getting it in a blueprint to check.
