This circuit uses pin 3 ("Suppressor Enabled", on arrow) for getting state of the constant comb and pin 2 ("Steam Tank") to get the state of the steam storage, and outputs the lamp control signal to the pin 4 ("Reactor Indicator").
The top one is the blueprint from the string above, and the bottom one is the same but horizontally flipped.

As you can see, the wires were flipped but the pins weren't.
