i Disable rotating the orientation arrow

First of all, I'm absolutely in love with this mod, thank you for making it!

If I understand it right, the green arrow on the chip sets the order of the I/Os when the chip is placed. However, once it is placed you can press R on it and the arrow rotates while the I/Os dont.
Since rotating the I/Os after the fact is probably needlessly complex, I propose just disabling the ability to rotate the chip after placement.

Additionally, it'd be great if the arrow could point towards pin 1; I've noticed it points to 3 on the small chip for instance.

It does not rotate for me, I wish it would.
Which mods do you have?

Also, that's why I have the special template for all 2x2 processors which I import first.

Ah, damn, it's an editor mode artifact *facepalm
Guess it's not worth working on that part.

The arrow pointing to pin 1 would still be nice, because that's what you expect when you think about a microchip

Why do you have 2 poles for some numbers?

Because if I use (i.e.) 2 & 4 but not 3, I use white positioning. Otherwise, I use golden one.
