Steps to reproduce.
1. Create a Compakt Circuit
2. Create a blueprint containing circuit
3. Move the blueprint to library
4. Press blue button to "Select new contents for the blueprint." Copy the existing blueprint from the map.
5. Place the blueprint onto the map.
Problem: the placed circuit is empty.
Select new contents only works if the blueprint is in your inventory. It should also work from the library.
