Inside a processor, combinators are supposed to be nearly free. This allow to be able to modify a configuration in space exploration in navigation mode. So i don't care about the creation or destruction of a combinator. The combinators are so cheap that it does not have impact on the gameplay. They are free when your in navigation mode in space exploration.
