When the compct circuit is removed, its state is stored unless it is completely empty.
This creates a bunch of "garbage" items in your inventory and/or logistic storage chests.
In addition, when these items are redeployed by bots, their content could be not as you expected to be.

P.S.
Train stops, while being quite complex items, behave the same way.

If you use a "Deconstruction planner" on a processor, it will not keep its contents.
So to get rid of all garbage, put all on a map, and select all with a "Deconstruction planner".
I will add a setting on this.
