Coal Oil (2.1 Ready)

Adds three refinery-based coal-to-oil routes for factories without natural oil wells, while keeping pumpjacks, refineries, and vanilla oil processing unchanged.

• Coal synthesis: 10 coal and 100 water become 50 crude oil in 5 seconds after Oil processing.
• Coal-assisted heavy oil: 8 coal, 50 steam, and 20 crude oil become 30 heavy oil in 8 seconds after Advanced oil processing.
• Integrated coal liquefaction: a later Coal liquefaction and Production science route produces crude, heavy, and light oil.

All added recipes disable productivity, quality, decomposition, and automatic recycling to keep their ratios stable.
