This mod adds two new weapons to the game, the Atomic cliff bomb and the Artillery cliff shell - two new ways of clearing large areas of land that are covered in cliffs (like half of SE's planets). It should work with other overhauls, but feel free to message in the discord server incase anything is borked :]
