I installed it but encountered an error. I wasn’t sure if it was due to incompatibility with other mods. After modifying the control.lua file, it now runs properly in my modded game.

I have implemented changes to restrict the control logic to only operate with this mod's cliffs (cb-*).
Your suggested code is very good, however with these changes, it should not be required.
