Would you consider adding an option to lock this behind the planet discovery for "Planet Vesta" (mod)? It would be extra super awesome if you added some intermediate ingredient(s) from Vesta so this building becomes one of Vesta's rewards like how the Foundry is one of Vulcanus' rewards. Happy to help directly with code or finding reasonable ingredients or really whatever if I'm able to do it.
