Adds four items.

Empty can:
Crafted just like a barrel with one steel. Can have fish put in it.

Canned fish:
Crafted using a fish and an empty can. Spoils after 100 real life hours; spoil time scales with quality, up to 250 real life hours.

Canned bioflux:
The same as canned fish, but for bioflux. Cannot be used for crafting or fed to biters.

Used can:
The result of eating a can of fish. Can be recycled back into steel.
