Allows C5 Galaxy paths to be saved and restart after completing + helper features (should always be 0.0.3 version ahead)

The GUI is a very basic clone of the vanilla train GUI.
I have yet to figure out a non-jank way to make the OR/AND switch; all conditions on a station are AND together, so use De Morgan's theorem to create an OR gate.
