dont know about balancing but maybe a small Aoe dmg effect and overall single target dmg on par with ap ammo but slighty better because of the Aoe.
the recipe could take 10 Ap mags and add some zirconia and steel for 10 He mags,
Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. This is a really cool idea for use of zirconium (and tungsten carbide). I have not yet added any ammunition in my mods but this seems like a good first option. I will look into it.
