Seems like this should be a thing - you can't make it in a thermodynamics facility unless you manually add that to the list of facilities that can do foundry recipes (maybe that should be a default setting?) so you can't make it in space, and it seems like a basic good that fits the motif of delivery cannons, certainly not fragile.

Thanks for raising these. I'll think on this one. Cermet is sort of "less raw" than some other things, though it's more abstract, representing a variety of possible cermets.
