When I look at the Stone furnace recipe the ingredients are 4 x Stone and 1 x Zircon, but the total raw is 16 x Stone and 4 x Zircon.
Maybe the issue comes from "Sort stone for zircon" and "Sort zircon for stone recipes"
Thanks for the report. This will be fixed in the next release, by using a purely probabilistic recipe for sorting.
