Razorgrass seeds can't be planted anywhere because there is no tiles it "grows on". Like Yumako seed grows on yumako soil etc… Use same tiles that Razorgrass entity "grows on".
For posterity, because I'm sure I'll forget this: I had disabled place_result because it was causing the item to use the entity/name and description (and plant_result worked fine with agricultural towers), but setting localised_name and localised_description prevented the entity from overriding the item.
