Adds silica, silicon, and basic fiber optics to the game. Compatible with Space Age including a new plant & production chain on Gleba.

If you edit out the line deleting the recipe from bzsilicon_0.11.3/prototypes/silicon-recipe.lua, then the pack loads fine without errors and with limited testing seems fine ( except that the silicon-2 recipe is still available obviously ).
I can not replicate this with only Krastorio 2 and Silica & Silicon running so there must be some other mods affecting this somehow.
Removing Sebs Electrics fixed the error for me. I am not sure though if there is an actual conflict with Sebs or if there's some other strange interaction between multiple mods with such a large modpack.
