@patrykbono, /bz-regenerate
is using a factorio API built in, and turns out that sometimes doesn't work well. I've noticed that while it generally respects map seed, it sometimes doesn't, and sometimes can overlap ore patches entirely. Here, I am guessing that the patches are overlapping another ore entirely, but smaller (because tin patches are not as big as some other ores), so it can't make any actual spots with ore.
My recommendation if you run it and it doesn't work is to make sure your game is saved, and then play with the numbers a bit.
If /bz-regenerate all
is not working when you add Tin, try /bz-regenerate nauvis tin-ore 2 1 1
for example, or bz-regenerate nauvis tin-ore 1.5 1.5 1
I will update the in-game usage instructions in an upcoming update as well.
I will take another look at Natural gas. Might do another one first but we'll see
