b K2SE problem with t1 efficiency modules

Following the new update to SE and K2, lead now, for whatever weird reason, makes t1 efficiency modules require batteries, before the update they only needed electronic components, Green circuits and copper wire.

Confirmed in our K2-SE-BZ game. It has to have been caused by the compatibility/code migration changes in K2 and SE yesterday. Less obvious than the Silica and Silicon issue since it didn't cause a crash.

So uh guess this is working as intended? and the changes lead makes haven't been working for ages.

Hi -- thanks for the reports.

Yeah this was an old recipe update that must have stopped working at one point, and been fixed by those recent compatibility changes.

As for intended -- It may be a bit of an outdated choice, but I'm going to wait to change it. The upcoming Noble Metals mod is in progress, and at some point during development of that, I will be doing a pass at all module tiers in Vanilla/K2/SE, and likely some other mods. This will affect most BZ mods to some degree, so it'll make more sense to update Lead at that point too.

In the meantime, if you prefer, you can add effectivity-module to the Bypass mod setting for Lead.
