Adds a natural gas resource, along with early game plastic.

I was wondering if there were any plans on making a gas turbine - carnot cycle system, ideally with feedwater heating and two stage turbines (could use space exploration's high pressure steam system for that). If not, I am considering trying my hand at making an addon to this mod, that adds late game uses for natural gas. Thanks!
PS. Just about to take my Thermodynamics 323 final, carnot is on the brain.
Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I think there are some cool ideas in more accurately simulating a theoretical Carnot engine. I'm not sure I will have time to get to it soon (Though I am back to "actively" modding, I have less time than in the past right now).
