Adds a natural gas resource, along with early game plastic.

Core mining used to give 24 natural gas/20 core fragments, I believe. Now it gives 104? Is that expected? I've just recently updated natural gas and added salt + chlorine to test those out.
Kinda funny. Was caused by an earlier fix I made regarding K2 finite fluids when using some other mods, which impacted how SE set the default core mining values.
The SE default had been 80, i subtracted 56, giving 24. Now, the SE default must be 160. This makes sense, because finite resources are sort of mined at double speed of infinite resources by K2's scheme.
