It looks like there low spawn rate for gas below 75% frequency setting, oils spawns more fields than gas although oil has lower settings
Use others of your mods and some of your resources mods by look of things does not like tinkering with frequency!
I do like to have a more struggling start of the game with rampant mod so I adjust the frequncy and richnes of some resorses that's why I noticed inconsistency.

Thanks for the report. I'll look into the resource generation a bit more for Natural gas.

Now, for this specific map exchange string, with 75% Natural gas and 17% Crude oil, I see quite a bit more natural gas than oil. Do you have other examples, or is there a specific issue with the way the resource is spawning?

hm, have to check, played with K2+your resources mods, so resources spawn rate was different, maybe offshore oil, geothermal mod interferes somehow with natural gas.

Thanks. Yeah it seems to spawn less reliably with K2+BZ. Might be an overcrowding of resources causing Natural Gas to get enough spawns, not exactly sure. I'll try to figure out what's going on
