It seems that the "Make vanilla fluids burnable" setting only works when the fluid boiler is enabled

since other mods let you burn fluid, would you allow that setting without enabling the boiler?

Hello and thanks for the suggestion. I will put this on the list, but not sure how soon I will get to it. It's a bit more effort than it might seem, because the boiler and this setting both come from a different mod that was never updated for 1.1, so I'll need to get into the internals.

hmm. i'm looking at the code, and i think you can unconditionally include "gas-boiler/data-updates.lua", in your "data-updates.lua". it looks like the only thing that happens in that file is the vanilla fuel values

but, you never know what's going to break when you do that

(it also seems a bit out of scope for your mod, if it's not a trivial change. there are other fuel value mods)
