Adds a natural gas resource, along with early game plastic.

Compatible with Krastorio 2 and Space Exploration. A standalone piece of BZ Mods.
There are two recipes which can yield coke, one is from K2 (6 Wood + 6 Coal -> 6 Coke) and the other is from Natural Gas (6 Wood + 6 Coal -> 3 Coke + 6 Phenol). Is it OK? I think this is intended but asking just in case.
