The Crude Oil processing recipe (bascially like the advanced oil processing recipe, but more heavy oil out) does not get any carbon black assigned to it's outputs.
Thanks for bringing this up. I tried to roughly balance carbon black around plastic production. Since crude oil processing produces more heavy oil, there is more cracking done to get petroleum, which means more than enough carbon black for plastic even without the initial crude oil processing step producing carbon black.
