b Bug : deconstructing create unremovable

Bug when deconstructing the mod entities create an unremovable object in the game. It didn't disappear nor store in the inventory

This only happens when the upper left "item" of the teleporter is removed. If you remove the bottom right "item", it is properly removed. This can of course be avoided manually, but when using any form of automated removal the top item is usually removed first.

I've also noted that when constructing the teleporters using automation it doesn't seem to connect properly to networks. So you have to remove and re-place the transporter before it can start working.
