I just realized that I don't actually recall which beacon overload mods I tested the last time I tried using Stable Foundations. Sorry. All I recall is spending hours trying to figure out which of my 150+ mods were causing the issue, and getting rid of SF solved the problem.
I'm... not doing well at the moment, or I would test them all for you, as that wouldn't normally be difficult at all, and I kind of enjoy that sort of thing. (I used to do QA for game devs.) All that would be required is setting up a save with SF and all the beacon rebalance/overload mods, and testing each one in turn with the same blueprint. (As far as I'm aware, they all use the same range for T1 beacons, so only which mod was loaded would need to be changed.)

P.S. I just found out about Bob's Beacon rebalance mod, which is even better than the other ones and seems to work just fine with SF. ...I think. My mental faculties are... not great right now.
