Brave New OARC Scenario


This mod is a scenario that overhauls multiplayer merging Brave New World and OARC for an awesome single player / multiplayer game. Play on teams or solo in your own base, while other players do the same. Chat with players, learn from their builds. You get to do your own design. You choose to play legacy character mode, or BNO Mode where you have no body, unable to craft anything yourself (lazy bastard) and must command bots to build everything. You start with resources and a little power.

  • Silo's are hidden by space block - temp solution - admin type /sc GenerateAllSilos() This will redraw them.
  • Inventory is emptied every time you rejoin. Really sucks when you lose modules - this will shortly be fixed. Put stuff in a box for now.
  • Power is a MAJOR issue - the main roboport has 16 charge slots and can recharge at a rate of 1 MW per bot, so could draw 16 MW and totally sink your power. No plans to fix this - make power ! Be careful using bots at night until you have power.
  • More information to help new players with Space Block will be provided.
  • Water added to toolbar - removed research labs
  • Moat question removed - it makes no sense to ask with space block
  • silo's each have portable solar power and radars - Thanks Philip!
  • Regrowth turned off - no need to modify config.lua. It doesn't make sense for Space Block

Consider using ghost removal after 2 hours not 15 mins default - mod setting by host
Shared power may help with people power issues. Shared chests as well.
