I've added a bunch of settings to the mod menu in the GUI, which will keep you from having to edit the config.lua file to make map choices. This will still enable you to use config.lua and still enable you to generate maps either with map-gen or in game using either the in game settings or config.lua, AND you can make specific changes. So some can come from config.lua and over ride those settings from the gui.
OK - take a look in 4.1.5 release. You'll have alot more control over your map.
Testing before releasing, found two things neither are a big deal. If you choose No Moat, your water slot north is buried in the trees. I've moved it further south. The other is weird, One roboport that had construction bots in it was destroyed, i went from 100 Construction to 164. WTF ! At one point I was considering adding back bots when they exploded, but I fixed the exploding bots. So maybe something lingers in the code. More on this when I find it.
About six people online today. It's not easy, even vets will learn something while playing this mod.
