b [Fixed]Error moving labs with prods using stage move tool

"An unexpected error occurred: Given index value (0) is too small, allowed values are 1-65536.

Steps to reproduce: setup lab (with prod 1s) in later stage, use stage move tool on earlier stage with right click, get error and labs in earlier stage do not have prods. NOTE: If you remove Prod 1s from later stage, no error.

Actually it doesn't even need labs. Another simple way to reproduce. Start a new map, make a new project, place a single ASM2, add modules to it (spd1 or prod1) and it errors. The modules are NOT set into any subsequent stages - they only remain in the stage you placed them in.

Should be fixed in the latest patch version (v2.1.1).
