You are a few researches away from being able to safely extract the Boompuff gas without it exploding in your face! Use the gas in flamethrowers, or explosives production
Puff farming and the Gas processing is an excellent idea :D Having fun on Gleba with it.
I'd like more uses to the puff gas, such as having a fuel value to be consumed as fuel by other mods (i.e Crude oil is 4 MJ and 200% pollution penalty, Petroleum gas is 12 MJ, ) or having a way to convert it to petroleum gas (carbon/coal + puff gas?)
Just some wild ideas, hope to be an inspiration :)

100% I am always looking for ways to make the puff gas more useful. This sounds like a fair and balanced change. I'll add it in. As well as revisit some recipes It could be used in. Glad your enjoying the boompuff mod, (it's the one that's brought me the most joy through my own play throughs too!)
