This is entirely a 5dim issue as far as I can see.

I do set a fast replace group on the turret... but I set a fast replace next target at the same time. (Both in the data phase, in the same file)

Somehow he's changing the fast replace next target line, but not the fast replace group.
(which means he's likely changing the fast replace group in the data phase, loading before my mods, due to 5 coming before b in sorting order, but changing the fast replace next target in the data updates phase)
