g Armor is to expensive towards modular

Hey there i am looking in the tech tree. As i look in armor category i see those Titanium-Ceramic Armor being more expensive than the Modular Armor. Even the one called: Invar, Cobalt-steel Armor also is.
How am thinking is that me and possible other rather go for modular Armor. Instead of torching those other 2 as they are in need of more resources than the modular the resources has also more work to do also research wise and setup wise.

My idea is to put more items to craft it or make it so modular needs Chemical and military science to unlock also put on military on Power Armor. if this one is happening.
other idea can be to add the the Titanium Ceramic Armor as needed for crafting the modular Armor or Power Armor. Unless this one is way to expensive or to much to do.

(Note my point is that people rater go modular instead of the other 2 u added and i feel way having them if they can easy be skiped from using them. I like them, but as the tech tree makes u able skip them totally for modular as it is better to begin using equipment. Than having some that can't use equipment at all. )

If any other idea feel free to tell.

A lot has changed since I created the warfare mod back in 0.11 of Factorio. I'm fairly sure Modular armors were reduced in construction costs, and therefore so did my armors.
There's probably a few relics like this around my mods that were added, and then left untouched for years.

I'll make a note to look back at armor costs and see what kind of tweaks I should do...

but really... Modular armors probably have so many more benefits that no matter how cheap the non-modular armors are, nobody will ever use them...

okay thanks for at least having a Note. Also not saying to make the non modular armor cheaper want them as they are. and the Modular Armor more Expensive just not go in overdrive. as i tried to explain u can make them so u need to craft them for something else. like as a requisite item. if possible?

I like them a lot. so sad if that is how u think it will happen to them. just if they got more of a kick benefit. Or some move around on them i think it would be better. i would really use them if the modular armor had a bit more closed in research cost/item cost.

also would be cool if they had armor visibility too as when u're using them it look like no armor is on. Unless it's fixed already.
