I was playing and I noticed the only thing that needed Sodium Hydroxide is Alumina. Alumina is only used in a small list of recipes

So until you mass produce some of these things your factory can come to a stop.

Install bobtech, it is used in chemical science pack.
With this change, you'll have to start venting the hydrogen and chlorine just to keep up with the demand for Sodium Hydroxide.
