I've heard about this issue. It only seems to be when you use Py's mods alongside mine. We both have heavy water.
I don't know what Py's mods are doing, but mine definitely has an icon for heavy water.
Is there a way to fix this?
I'm not sure what is causing the error directly, so the easiest fix is just to download the previous version of this mod.

If anyone is having the same issue, here's the fix: Reinstall bob's and angels to factorio, and import your extra mods in small chunks at a time (not everything at once).
