"Bob's Metals, Chemicals and Intermediates" [previously bobplates] needs to have bob's ores set as a dependency. As far as I can tell, your other mods seem to adjust appropriately (recipe wise) if both mods are disabled, but if the plates mod is enabled, bob's ores should be set as a required mod as well, or recipes won't work. this won't technically cause any crash of any kind, just a lot of items will be unattainable.
