I'm having a similar issue since the update to Bob's Adjustable Inserters today. If you switch back to version 1.3.2, the game will run. I don't know whether this is something that would need to be fixed on Py's end or Bob's.

The Py devs know about this and will be fixing it, hopefully soon! 🙂
