Same as my other little tweak mods: This aims to improve the utility of the biochamber. I want it to be more useful off gleba just like the foundry, EM plant and cryogenic lab is. The Biochamber is now used to:
- make holmium solution allowing it to be a great upgrade from the chemical plant
- make coal from carbonite chunks (coal synthesis)
- make rocket fuel from ammonia (the cryogenic lab nor chemplant can no longer use this recipe)
This means that its will encourage the use of nutrient loops on fulgora and Aquilo to gain those productivity bonuses.

Happy to try and add more interesting uses for the biochamber.
