g License violation

This mod is a fork of Earendel's mod. The license it is uploaded under forbids forking, therefore this mod stands in violation.

All of the listed changes can be done using data raw modification, which does not require copying anything.

You are really a joke, even when you type aai loader in the mod portal, how many forked mods appear? There are dozens of mods and thousands of downloads for bak loaders alone. Do you think I am marketing a commercial product here?

Aai loaders has an api that allows other mods to create more loader tiers. Using it like that is not a violation.
Copying the original code/graphics into a new mod, on the other hand, is. When we find loader mods that do that, we ask them to change their mod as well.

is there any version or "copy" that adds a basic productivity bonus! or gives the ability to change the energy speed modulated spot count in its settings!

As i said. You do NOT need to copy the entire mod to do that. Just have a dependency on the mod, and change the data stage stuff after it is put into data raw.

Have to agree here. Not only are licenses like that the very thing that makes the world of open-source software functional, but you didn't even need to copy the mod to do the changes you want. Mods in factorio can trivially modify the functionality of other mods simply by applying changes to them after that other mod has loaded, as enforced by the dependency designation. Set the original mod as a dependency and apply the changes to its data, rather than copying the mod as a whole.
