I thought HD age made sense but I actually cannot replicate this with all of those same mods listed installed. Can you check that the frozen sprites are actually in \better-plastic-pipes_0.0.1\graphics\entity\pipe\Frozen? Probably not it but worth checking since I can't get the same stack of mods to give me the same crash
