A reskin for Call a Plumber that adds custom sprites for plastic pipes. Also includes a new plastic pump toggleable in settings, though I was unable to figure out how to add CAP's functionality to the vanilla pump in order to make it necessary. Includes frozen sprites for Aquilo. A few things (shadows, fluid windows filling from the center-outward) are a little off but presented as-is for the time being. A 1.0.0 release including support for Pipe Plus, Flow Control, Zithorian's Extra Storage Tanks and more is planned.
