Adds a few more realistic and interesting oil processing steps (Works with Flare Stack and/or Gas Works, but is balanced without them)

Balancing:
- Cracking and hot tar refining recipes are now slower
- Heating towers now have an efficiency of 2.0x instead of 2.5x and now consume 20MW instead of 16MW
- A few recipes now output less volatile gas
- Hot tar refining now gives 1 coke instead of 2
- Recipes with sulfuric acid as a catalyst now output 75 sulfuric acid instead of 80
- Asphalt recipe now consumes stone faster

- Asphalt research now has a custom icon
