What changes?

Vanilla Foundation:

• 4 tungsten plate
• 4 lithium plate
• 4 carbon fiber
• 20 stone
• 20 cold fluoroketone

With this mod:

• 2 tungsten plate
• 2 lithium plate
• 2 carbon fiber
• 10 stone
• 10 cold fluoroketone

Notes

• The recipe still produces 1 Foundation.
• The vanilla technology unlock is unchanged.
• There are no runtime scripts or save migrations.
• The mod conflicts with cheaper-foundation to avoid accidental double-discounting.
